Welcome to Finnair’s Corporate Governance site. These pages are Finnair’s primary Corporate Governance information source.

The principal legislative authorities on corporate governance of Finnish listed companies are the Companies Act, the Securities Markets Act, the regulation and guidelines issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority, the rules and instructions for listed companies issued by Nasdaq Helsinki and the Finnish Corporate Governance Code, all of which are complied with by Finnair. Company specific authorities on the governance of Finnair are the Articles of Association and the principles, policies and guidelines issued by Finnair's Board of Directors.

The Corporate Governance Code is publicly available on the website of the Finnish Securities Market Association's website at www.cgfinland.fi.

The Corporate Governance principles of Finnair are described in the Corporate Governance Statement published annually.
