Audit

Finnair has one auditor, which must be an auditing firm certified by the Finnish Central Chamber of Commerce. The auditor shall be elected by the AGM for a term of office that expires at the end of the AGM following the election. The AGM 2026 elected KPMG Oy Ab, a firm of authorised public accountants, as the auditor of the company. Kirsi Jantunen, APA, ASA, acts as principal auditor. KPMG has been Finnair's auditor since 2020.

A decision was made to pay the auditor's fees in accordance with their reasonable invoice. The auditor's fees have been listed in the table:
